Download our app or go to our website and click on the register button. Follow the steps and fill out your personal information. You’ll need to upload a photo of your driving licence and a selfie of you holding it.
One of our customer care staff will check your licence, a process that usually takes up to one working day. Finally, we’ll ask you to select your keycard, which will help you get into your car if there is a poor mobile signal in the car park.
Booking your vehicle
Use the map on your app to find your most convenient Ubeeqo car park. Tell us what time you want to pick up the vehicle, and what kind of car or van you want.
Make sure all the details are correct on your check out screen, then tap the Book Now button. Your booking details will show up and you can edit them if you want.
Editing your booking
To extend or edit your booking, simply tap the Edit button on the app. Bear in mind that some changes may be time limited (for example, you can’t extend your booking if someone else has booked your vehicle later on).

Setting up your payment method
We’ll ask you to add your favoured payment method on your first booking. Please note we can only accept payment with debit or credit cards. You’ll be charged automatically when you make a booking.
